Fund Inkscape's Work
Where your money goes
Donations go into the Inkscape Fund, the charitable fund behind the project. Most of it pays for contributors to be in the same room: travel to gatherings such as the Libre Graphics Meeting and SCALE, and the project's own hackfests, where long-standing work finally gets finished. The fund also supports Outreachy mentorships and the day-to-day infrastructure that keeps development and this website running.
Handled by the Software Freedom Conservancy
The fund is held by Software Freedom Conservancy, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit, so gifts made through it are tax-deductible as far as the law allows. Questions about receipts, employer matching or larger gifts are best sent to the Conservancy directly.
